Siemens is harmonizing its sales terms and needs an experienced lawyer's support for an international project, where you will report to the lead of the project in Siemens AG, Germany. We are looking for a person with excellent drafting skills in German and English, as well as curiosity about legal tech and IT. You will be responsible for the legal tasks within the already launched global harmonization project for Siemens' Sales terms and conditions. Draft terms and conditions, contracts, and offer templates with a focus on Legal Design (wellstructured, easy to read, and plain language), requiring a solid understanding of international contract law.
