Senior Patent Manager Litigation (f/m/d)

You will take the lead in handling patent-related support for new product launches and lifecycle management of existing products, making independent strategic decisions. You will proactively manage and respond to validity inquiries, cease-and-desist letters, and other legal challenges from rights holders. You will spearhead the coordination of nullity, cancellation, and European opposition proceedings, working closely with external patent attorneys to challenge third-party technical rights. In patent infringement lawsuits and interim injunction proceedings, you will lead the defense strategy and collaborate with external counsel to safeguard STADA's interests. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing risk assessments and strategic guidance on market launches involving patent-related risks. You will negotiate and manage settlement and licensing agreements with a strong commercial and legal perspective.
