Manager Corporate Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence (f/m/d)

The Aenova Group is currently establishing an Operational Excellence task force. The task force will operate as a hands-on internal consulting group with the objective of scoping, implementing, and delivering transformative projects in line with Aenovas strategy and 5-year value creation plan. The initial team will consist of a Head of this task force plus 2-3 project managers. The Head will report directly to the CEO. The task at hand is project-dependent, and as such will vary on an as-needed basis. It will encompass site-specific projects as well as overarching group-wide initiatives. The ultimate objective of this team is to create insights, recommend pathways for implementation, and deliver hands-on implementation to achieve best practices.
