For our Production Site in Hilden we are currently looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) AkzoNobel is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Site Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Hilden, Germany. In this critical role, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of the site, delivering products at the agreed quality, service and cost levels, and fostering a safe and productive work environment. Your Responsibilities Plans, leads, organizes and controls the delivery of the site’s contribution to business objectives and overall performance and provides insights regarding developments based on analysis Establishes, achieves, enforces and continuously improves the performance levels for the site Implements and operates the common HSE platform and identifies and respond effectively to hazards in HSE and security Coaches, mentors and develops the site management team members to build a strong and collaborative team in a supportive work environment Establishes a culture of functional and operational excellence, continuous improvement and accountability, professionalism and commitment to company values and behaviours Networks with other site
