Health Manager (m/w/d)

As a Health Manager you are based in one Fulfillment Center but are responsible for a Team of Health Coordinators and Health Integration Advisors as well as the health process management of your area (3 sites: Dortmund, Helmstedt Werne). You will be responsible to control, survey, monitor and standardize health measures as well as health compliance across your respective cluster. Besides the strong focus of people management, you are also the next escalation level for all upcoming issues in your area. Regular alignments with other stakeholders and site visits in the cluster are requires as part of the role. In addition, you will be responsible for expertise topics.
