Network Performance Manager (m/f/d), Network Insights

Job summary Operations is at the heart of the Amazon customer experience. In Amazon Transportation Services, we improve customer experience through continuously optimizing the complex movements of packages to customers throughout Europe. EU ATS Network Operations is looking for an Network Performance Manager who is passionate about working on programs to drive improvements in customer experience. The team works with stakeholders from business teams as well as tech teams to define, scope, develop and implement solutions to improve customer experience. You will use a combination of analytical, problem solving, technical, and communication skills to ensure that the business teams are able to make datadriven decisions. A successful candidate will know and loves working with various analytical tools, can model multidimensional datasets, and can partner effectively with business leaders to answer key business questions. You are also expected to be able to work independently and with ambiguity in a complex, fastpaced, and highthroughput environment where multitasking is required. Job ID: 2642247
