On The Road Manager (m/w/d)

The Regional On The Road (OTR) manager will maximize the OTR operations and DA experience by leveraging operational and stakeholder relationships. They will be the custodian of DSP and DA experience at station level ensuring they achieved the highest standards around DA Engagement and create a ‘winwin' culture between Operations and the DSPs.The Regional OTR manager will be required to define the mediumterm OTR strategy, whilst being able to lead and influence both internal and external stakeholders to align both AMZL processes, goals and strategy's with DSPs. They will take the lead in OTR capacity planning and will be responsible for the OTR Ramp plans working closely with MEU capacity team and the Business Coaches to ensure that DSPs achieve their pool numbers. They will need to identify risk early and put in place contingency plans to solve Peak periods.The Regional OTR managers will coordinate performance improvements across the regions working closely with OTR ACES, OTR Safety and Community teams to implement best practice whilst putting the DSP experience at the heart of the solution.
