Senior De-risking Program Lead, EU 3P Trade Compliance

In Europe and the UK, we continue to observe an unprecedented wave of regulatory changes that impacts Amazon and our Selling Partners, constraining selection and jeopardizing growth. This increases the complexity and cost of selling in EU and makes compliance the primary barrier to launching and growing in this region. Our business team works at the intersection of Selling Partners, Amazon business and authorities in an evolving complex environment. As a Senior Program Manager in EU3P Compliance programs, you will define the strategy and execution plan to programmatically scale high visibility trade compliance programs across Europe and UK. You will (a) define our strategy to protect the business and the customer experience, (b) influence multiple organizations and executive leadership to shape the way forward and our risk appetite, (c) implement the strategy, and (d) lead simplification initiatives to continuously raise the bar on customer experience.
