Senior Program Manager, Extended Producer Responsibility

The Extended Producer Responsibility team in Amazon assesses environmental compliance requirements worldwide and ensures adherence with postconsumer waste regulations. We drive innovative solutions across Amazon that are simple, efficient and scalable. We protect the environment through the adequate collection and recycling of waste for our customers. Our Extended Responsibility Compliance team is looking for a Senior Program Manager to plan and execute largescale global programs that ensure the compliance our Amazon's businesses and operations. This role requires working with different business owners across organizations to define the strategy, requirements, and timelines as well as lead complex crossfunctional initiatives. This position involves regular communication with senior management on roadmaps, program updates, risks, and change management. The person in this role is a subject matter expert in product compliance, and works with business leaders to overcome obstacles to enable revenue growth and cost reduction efforts.
