Customer Success Manager

The Role : As a Customer Success Manager at Cardok, you’ll ensure each project is managed from contract to completion. You will coordinate between customers, suppliers in the construction industry and internal teams. You will track projects, manage production schedules and oversee installations. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and client expectations - all while providing an exceptional customer experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining a key relationship with the client upon completion of the installation.     Your Key Responsibilities : Project Coordination & Timeline Management : Act as the primary liaison between customers and production team to provide regular updates and
