For our client based in Valais , a company active in the plastic mould injection industry, we are looking for a Moulds Business Unit Manager (M/F). Your activities at your future employer Leading a team of 4 design engineers and app. 15 shopfloor people (Project Planning & Management, Quality Control, CNC Machining incl. Programming, Molds Test Assembly, Prototype Testing) Implement a strategy to enable consistent growth of the Mold business and Services. Initiate LEAN Production Operations in Moulds Factory and continuously improve productivity; use automation technology to increase growth and output with same or less staff Pursue new market opportunities with Sales Drive
