Team Lead Brand Management FMCG (m/w/d)

* Develop and implement a cohesive brand experience in the DACH region ensuring alignment with market share, brand strength, and financial performance targets * Actively contribute to the European cross-functional go-to-market approach, shaping the category and trade narrative for the upcoming year * Lead, coach and mentor an own team * Co-own media strategy and execution within the region, working closely with the Media Manager to build brand equity * Collaborate with central and professional teams to craft tailored, effective plans for the region * Lead and participate in key projects shaping the brand's presence * A degree (e.g., in Business Administration, Economics, Communication Studies, or a comparable field), ideally with a focus on Marketing * Solid professional experience in Brand Management/Consumer Marketing with a focus on FMCG (health, beauty, cosmetics, hygiene, or pharmaceuticals) * You have gained experience in complex stakeholder/matrix structures as well as in cross-functional and international setups * You possess cross-media and digital competencies/experience in
