Event manager for conferences Copernicus Meetings is your chance to be part of a great team organizing scientific conferences all over Europe attended by 500 to 20,000 participants from all over the world. We work in close collaboration with international, nonprofit scientific member associations from the Earth and environmental sciences. Your tasks serving abstract authors, session organizers, and programme committee members in their 1-year preparation of our conferences, email and telephone support for these stakeholders who are users of our customdeveloped online tools for the complex organization of the conference programme, collaboration with and coordination of our technical suppliers (AV, IT, signage, exhibition constructions, catering), onsite running of the conferences requiring 2-3 business trips of 1 week each as well as 1-2 short trips of 2-3 days each within Europe annually.
