For our Central Laboratory in Göttingen, we are looking for an Associate Director, Laboratory Operations (m/f/x) / R-242636 Fulltime/Regular/Level 8 Position Purpose: Leads the Lab Team in Göttingen. Develop and implement plans to assure that all samples are received, tested and results released in a timely manner and in compliance with relevant regulatory agencies consistently. Manage the staffing and instrumentation to meet company needs for timeliness, accuracy, and cost effectiveness. Maintain knowledge of the plasma and laboratory industries suitable for the planning role of the job. Maintain customer’s relationships, assuring we are providing the tests they need at good value on time. Develop managers and supervisors to effectively lead teams to success within the values and objectives of the CSL group.
