This is what you can do Develop and lead the department Avionics, Electrics & EWIS Responsible to disciplinary lead the department Avionics, Electrics & EWIS with 20+ engineers Responsible to develop and implement department strategy derived from both company level and directorate level targets Responsible to derive internal/external competence needs and to select strategic engineering service provider and subcontractors Responsible to define department substructures, incl. roles & responsibilities Responsible to perform regular workforce/workload planning inline with program/project needs and to adjust workforce in accordance with agreed head count targets Responsible to plan all program/project deliverables and to (re-)assign
