IT Service Owner / Manager (m/f/d) Business Cloud Infrastructure - Hybrid working

You take over the ownership of the IT service datacenter and business cloud infrastructure, define the service strategy and roadmap, and develop technical and strategic concepts. You lead the service team in a professional way, manage and prioritize service workload, and ensure system administration and support. You are responsible for the innovation management for the IT service by analyzing market offers and technology trends, evaluate opportunities for your own business, develop new solution concepts together with the IT-Team and provide professional consulting to customers regarding current and future IT service solutions. You ensure service provision to our internal customers (Diehl divisons), negotiate and define service level agreements and continuously improve service components within the IT service team.
