We're looking to find a Strategic People & Culture Business Partner to join our newly established Business Partner team for R&D. In this role, you will play an essential role in shaping the Business Partner function and establish a close relationship with your R&D business stakeholders. You will act as a trusted Advisor and sounding board, have open and direct conversations, challenge ideas,and provide opinions to influence business decisions.
