The Industrialization & Verification organization is an integral part of the R&D organization within Ericsson Antenna Systems. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Launch Manager to drive our antenna projects to the next level. The successful candidate will oversee the endtoend launch of new antenna products, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with our strategic goals. This role requires exceptional project management skills, a good understanding of the telecommunications industry, and the ability to coordinate crossfunctional teams effectively.
