Senior Implementation Manager for Customer Implementation (m/f/d)

This person plays a critical role in setting large, complex customers up for success as they begin their partnership with Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. You will be responsible for the endtoend implementation of customers, working closely with our Sales and Product teams from Airfreight and Seafreight to build longlasting relationships. You go beyond pure project management, as you will listen to customer requirements and bring them alive while defining technical integrations, writing customer SOPs and Working Instructions as well setting up our operations for sustainable success.
