Supplier Onboarding: You identify and onboard suppliers to meet project needs in New Product Development and life-cycle-management, cost-saving goals, and future technology requirements. Procurement Management: You drive and manage RFQs, purchase orders, price negotiations, and frame contracts within NPD and life-cycle-management. Improving Value Proposition: You challenge engineering team with Value Analysis and Value Engineering (VA / VE) ideas from supplier side. Quality and Cost Optimization: You address quality and delivery issues while optimizing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) across the product lifecycle. Sourcing Alignment: You are aligning the actions with the global project team members and strategic purchasing for sourcing strategy and secure project milestones. Supplier Innovation: You promote supplier-driven innovation and early involvement to support strategic goals.
