Junior Quality Engineer

Your responsibilities will be to: Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer relations and complaint management Act as a contact person for all quality topics in relation to the customer's specifications Maintain collaborative relationships with customers Manage actively the customer complaints in direct contact with the relevant production departments Lead quality and rootcause analysis of claimed/returned actuators Handle external change management with customers (change announcement, PPAP submission) Participate in the execution of audits and be the customer voice in production   Our requirements: Engineering degree - preferred to the field of Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related Relevant experience of ideally 2 years in a similar position; Fresh
