Project Engineer-Tooling

Your responsibilities will be to: Manage tool projects from request to organization by tracking of costs, manufacturing, sampling and validation process Develop detailed project plans that ensure the successful execution of projects, with a strong focus on technical and quality requirements Act as the main contact for the injection & stamping molding projects and ensure close collaboration with internal customers (Johnson Electric’s manufacturing sites) Supervise the release of tools, ensuring engineering, quality and production team requirement fulfillment Analyze and improve manufacturing processes, implement best practices, conduct process audits Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives Ensure technical specifications are met by helping the expert from diverse
