What is your Day to Day Mission: Trusted partner for our teams and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, offboarding Identifying employeerelated challenges in your own business unit and independently developing and implementing appropriate HR measures Design, development and implementation of key projects in the area of Performance, Learning & Development: e.g. further development and implementation of the annual 360° feedback, responsibility for employee surveys, development of clear career paths Support in the development of a comprehensive Learning &
