Legal Counsel

Key responsibilities: As the solid Legal Counsel, you will work closely with the CFO and Board of Directors, handling essential legal responsibilities that drive the organisation forward. Your main areas of focus will include: Drafting, reviewing, and updating a wide range of contracts, including client agreements, supplier contracts, and General Terms & Conditions Reviewing and enhancing employment contracts, ensuring alignment with legal standards Managing lease agreements, including assignments and negotiations Protecting and managing intellectual property assets Developing and refining policies to enhance legal compliance and operational efficiency Providing legal support to ensure smooth integration of newly acquired brands into the corporate structure Overseeing corporate governance
