Under the direction of the Franchise Head, GSA Transplant, this individual will play a role in pre-launch planning and engagement activities, developing and implementing customer-focused plans for the Transplant Centers within scope, and is also responsible for achieving defined sales targets upon Product Launch. Main responsibilities: During Pre-Launch (Q4 2024-Q3 2025): Identifies key stakeholders in each of the Transplant Centers within scope and develops an appropriate engagement plan aligned to their needs Conducts in-depth profiling of key Hematologist-Oncologists involved in chronic Graft-vs-Host Disease Management (cGvHD) Develops customer-focused plans aligned to the brand strategy Builds Sanofi image / reputation in the Transplantation field Orchestrates the unbranded campaign, leveraging Sanofi channels to raise awareness for better management of prevention, implementation
