Rewards & Performance Benefits & WellBeing Lead GSA (all genders) Strategic design of local benefits programs, pension plans and wellbeing initiatives in GSA in line with Sanofi's global benefits & wellbeing strategy to offer an attractive total rewards package and meet business needs. Ensuring constant alignment with all relevant internal and external stakeholders on global and MCO level as well as strategic coordination with different departments (e. g. Pension, Finance & Accounting, HSE), and supervising the correct implementation in the three countries with a high degree of personal responsibility. Each of the three countries has a comprehensive benefits package and different collective bargaining agreements as well as different legislation in labor, tax and social security law are under the responsibility of this position. In addition, in Germany there is the entire pension system of the former Hoechst group, with wide and very specific regulations that has to be managed actively. The role includes Health & wellbeing responsibilities (e. g. EAP, medical check-ups, All Well days, Cancer & Work), high degree of personal responsibility for strategic and far-reaching decisions
