Supervisor Packaging Operations

Mission: The Supervisor Packaging Operations will be responsible for overseeing product packaging activities (blister packs, bottles, boxes, wallets, visual inspection) in compliance with GMP/cGMP regulations, hygiene rules, and safety standards. They will ensure adherence to the established production plan while conforming to procedures defined by the site's quality system. They will also be in charge of supervising operators and technicians working in packaging. Plan work and supplies. Convey and explain work instructions. Train or ensure the training of employees on procedures. Assign workstations, animate and coordinate the team's work.
